چکیده
Depending on the variety, flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) provides an oil rich in omega-3 acids (especially 50% ?-linolenic acid) with proven health properties, and is used as a raw industrial material. Alpha-linolenic acid polyunsaturated fatty easily subject to oxidative transformation. The auto-oxidation of main process contributing off-flavor, color loss, change nutritional value oil. We six genotypes differing content our research. For all DNA samples extracted from leaf tissue studied flax, new, cleaved amplified polymorphic sequences (CAPS) markers specific LuFAD3A desaturase gene were applied. A PCR product comprising fragments exon 5, 6, intron between these exons was digested using various restriction enzymes. These experiments could differentiate some varieties flax. also proved that mutation previously detected by other authors low-linolenic forms (solin line 593–708) absent we (Linola KLA Linola KLB).

Biotechnology can offer useful tools to complement conventional breeding programs. The techniques of in vitro selection, that exploit phenomenon, called somaclonal variation, by screening cell cultures for resistance to herbicides, different types of stress or diseases, already helped to obtain tolerant lines of flax (Linum usitatissimum), which were used in further commercial breeding programs...
متن کاملDevelopment of Novel SSR Markers for Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) Using Reduced-Representation Genome Sequencing
Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) is a major fiber and oil yielding crop grown in northeastern China. Identification of flax molecular markers is a key step toward improving flax yield and quality via marker-assisted breeding. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers, which are based on genomic structural variation, are considered the most valuable type of genetic marker for this purpose. In this study...

The work described in this paper concerned with the genetic basis of variation in important characters of linseed (Linum usitatissimum L.) A 8x8 full diallel cross including reciprocals was carried out using the cultivars Linda, Lidgate, Cristal, Antares, Barbara, Blue-Chip, Norman and McGregor and eight cha...
